Product Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Fill out the form and ensure you include a detailed description regarding your reason for requesting a refund. After we receive the claim we will assess information provided and notify you of the outcome of the request.  Please be patient as this can take 1-2 Business days from the time of the refund application.

Please note When processing a refund this requires valuable time of multiple staff members. This being the case if you simply change your mind after receiving your delivery we will require a 30% restocking and handling fee + extra freight costs. If the item you received is damaged or not in the condition as it should be. We will replace the item free of the customers expense.
